\nYes, due to quarantine restrictions in Santiago, orders are taking longer than expected in delivery to transport services. Shipping times outside of Chile are taking an average of 3 to 5 weeks in the entire process (preparation, shipping and final reception)
\nFor international shipments, only Correos de Chile is being used as a shipping service. A modification of the service implies an increase in shipping prices at the buyer’s expense.

Si, debido a las restricci\u00f3nes de cuarentena en Santiago, los pedidos estan tomando m\u00e1s tiempo de los presvisto en la entrega a los servicios de transporte. Los tiempos de envios fuera de Chile estan tomando un promedio de 3 a 5 semanas en el proceso completo (preparaci\u00f3n, envio y recepci\u00f3n final). En el caso de los env\u00edos dentro de Chile, pero fuero del area de la ciudad de Santiago, los tiempos estan tomando entre 5 a 15 dias mas debido a\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0las restrucciones sanitarias y de control impuestas en Chile.<\/span><\/p>\n

Para los envios internaciones s\u00f3lo se esta usando Correos de Chile como servicio de envio. Una modificaci\u00f3n del servicio implica el aumento de los precios de env\u00edos a cargo del comprador. Actualmente solo estamos realizando env\u00edos a los siguientes paises (de acuerod a la informaci\u00f3n de nuestro courier): Estados Unidos, Alemania, Austria, B\u00e9lgica, China, Espa\u00f1a, Finlandia, Francia, Grecia, Holanda, Hong Kong, Israel, Italia, Jap\u00f3n, Noruega, Polonia, Portugal y Rep\u00fablica Checa. En el caso de los envios dentro de territorio Chileno estos se estan despachando via Starken, Correos de Chile y Chilexpress y los tiempos y restricciones corresponde\u00a0 a lo que cada empresa indique no siendo responsablidad de AUSTRALIS RECORDS.<\/span><\/p>\n
