ANGMAR, the epic Black Metal horde from Normandy, offers its third album, made of old songs but never recorded nor released before. “Cenotaphe” is a tribute to their roots, may it be musically or conceptually. On this record, ANGMAR performs Black Metal as in the early 90’s, intense and cold, but still with this strong identity which made them one of the leading bands of the genre in France. All tracks are sung in French. The album ends on a tremendous cover song of BATHORY’s “Shores in Flames”. ANGMAR members are also a part of bands like VALUATIR, ANNTHENNATH, QUINTESSENCE, NORMAN SHORES.

ANGMAR, la épica horda de Black Metal de Normandía, ofrece su tercer álbum, hecho de viejas canciones pero nunca grabado ni lanzado antes. “Cenotaphe” es un homenaje a sus raíces, ya sea musical o conceptualmente. En este disco, ANGMAR interpreta Black Metal como a principios de los 90, intenso y frío, pero aún con esta fuerte identidad que los convirtió en una de las bandas líderes del género en Francia. Todas las pistas se cantan en francés. El álbum termina con una tremenda canción de “Shores in Flames” de BATHORY. Los miembros de ANGMAR también forman parte de bandas como VALUATIR, ANNTHENNATH, QUINTESSENCE, NORMAN SHORES.
