Divine Betrayal es el EP debut de Necroheresy — un quinteto cuyos miembros acumulaban ya más de una década de experiencia en bandas como Aeon Winds, Concubia Nocte y Karpathia — y entrega seis temas de metal feroz e intransigente enraizado profundamente en la tradición old-school. Lo que lo distingue de inmediato es una elección poco común: las letras están escritas íntegramente en eslovaco, lo que le da a la entrega vocal gutural e intensa una autenticidad cruda que se siente genuina antes que performativa.
